Spring Balcony’ ArtBlock

This work is inspired by my love of the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nola's amazing wrought iron balconies, dripping in the decadent flowers of Spring, are the perfect place to take in all the flavors of your surroundings. I enjoy capturing a view that I could spend a couple of hours, taking in the cities elegant architecture and the mystique of it's streets. This piece captures this location in a way that your mind can wander from the 1800's to present day. It's all a matter of where you allow your day dreams to take you.

What’s An ArtBlock?

A handmade product lovingly created in my studio using one of my paper prints mounted on a 6”x6”x1.75” solid block of stained poplar wood.
